It all started in 1994 when Ron Hooper and Mike Guidry dreamed the dream that dreamers will - the American Dream.   Our plan was to complement great tasting Italian food with a spectacular price point.  This dream distilled it's way to a bountiful buffet with a wide variety of fresh pizzas, salad bar, garlic cheese bread, pasta bar, and scrumptious dessert pizzas.  Later we added ice cream and our own signature item - the "Flipper Pizza". 

The concept was well received by the public. This laid the groundwork for further expansion and ultimately to a growing franchise community.  Recent new store design, featuring a party room and game room, matured the concept to a new level.  This process continues today as we always seek to improve food quality and service techniques.

Pizza Street offers great tasting Italian food with excellent service, spectacular prices, and party and game rooms for the kids.  This makes Pizza Street a family dining destination and a winning concept.
